I have updated the patches in the OP for the new Atmosphere 0.18.0 release.
Also, I don't know if you guys have noticed or been following other threads, but there has been an amazing breakthrough in terms of generating signature patches.
In a collaborative effort, it is now possible to auto-generate signature patches for both FS & ES from each new firmware that gets released!
All that's needed is just the keys.dat file from your Switch (which is generated by Atmosphere iirc), and the firmware files, either dumped or from that Darth site, and then you should be good to go for creating/generating signature patches for FS & ES as well.
Adding to that the fact that the signature patches for the Loader module from Atmosphere could now be automatically generated, this means that we can now easily generate the patches for each new Atmos and firmware releases!
I have added links to the corresponding scripts in the OP for this.
The only one which I believe could pose any kind of trouble are the ES patches, which seems to shift and change every now and then, but those could be re-worked easily to address any new firmware updates that might come along.
Finally, the method and process of creating signature patches is no longer obscured or prohibited from the public knowledge!
Yep, everything gets updated. Both primary and scondary patches.Does the patches.ini also get created, updated ?

its probably the es patches make sure they are in the right folder if you want to bypass them just dump the installed game with nxdumptool as ticketless backup and install the dump
dont know why but some games do that sometimes usually after firmware update not AMS update and the easiest fix is making ticketless dump with nxdumptool and installing it cause not all games work with Standard Crypto install from Tinfoil or other installer the ticketless dump is the way to go if this is your issue
I just updated atmosphere and the patches,none of my games are working,nice.

Perfect,- yes I was talking about the patches themselves.
Good to know everything gets updated.
Try following the guide linked in the OP to hopefully fix your issue.
There's a ton of stuff that can be done that could help fix those games, be sure to give it a proper read and give it a try.

I had that happen to me once as well, and it was a pain to debug and fix on my end.
That's why I made that guide, so people have a place to know what can be done and hopefully one of the steps helps to fix that.
More important is why this happen and how to prevent if you want to call atmosphere user friendly.
I used sxos for a verry long time,but never i must install all my games again.
Used now sigpatch updater,and guess what,all my games work again,so what it does,i don't know.

That happen for me too, but instead of using the patches in the first post I used eXhumers patches from github
github.co(m)/eXhumer/patches/releases/tag/v11.0.1-5
And now all my games are working again

One file got fixed after the first release of the patches
what it does is copied patches to where they must be btw SXOS uses patches too but they are build-in very important cause this gives Nintendo a reason to go after them by not including the patches Atmosphere is Free from that
and next time just read before doing anything and dont blame the software for your mistakes

I finally modeled and 3d printed the new HDD cages I need in order to build my 2nd NAS. Original ones don't fit the mounting holes on the hdds I'm using. Been sitting on this project for over 2 years smfh

Also another 70TB going in the front mount drive bays of this server. 182tb raw, going to probably use a zfs RAID-Z3 for 3 parity disks, so 140TB usable

I could claw back 14tb by only doing 2 parity disks but I feel like with 13 disks in the RAID I'd be kind of pushing my luck on rebuild time if I encounter a disk failure
