update: after trying again and again, i found WeaponSet and DuelInfo don't crash when converted back- everything else did and i found out why. there has been some discussion about byamls just a page back, and an user mentioned that he was willing to bet the lack of a modelname for the hero roller and ownards was hat was crashing the program and, well, it was. i copy and pasted the modelname for the level 1 hero bomb over everything that was missing, and yamlconv convertd it just fine. i have yet to test WeaponInfo_Sub (the one i managed to convert with this) but WeaponSet works just fine in game, while the game crashes whenever i enter the dojo. it might be because of something else, but i'll see if it works and will send more updates here once i do.
update 2: weaponinfo_sub works fine, but anything else either gives me the same error or crashes the game on that first screen (green and purple with the squids). tankinfo crashes the game, weaponinfo_main crashes yamlconv, and weaponinfo_sub somehow works fine... even though it was apparently the same problem and i used the same fix, i got 3 different outcomes. duelinfo somehow doesn't crash the game on the first screen but shortly after i open the dojo. the same thing happens if you load dangerous octohax into the dojo (probably because the game goes "if girl enters, second player is boy. if boy enters, second player is girl. if octoling enters... what. this isnt supposed to happen, crash") so i was thinking it could be because i had used dangerous octohax before, but i tried entering it with an inkling boy and it crashed anyways. no matter the gear you try (if its something like the elite octoling goggles or the layered testfire tee which is somehow in the game still or just normal gear like the white tee) it just crashes.
so basically, not everything works. rip
