I have shiny Volcanion, Victini, Cosmog, Gmax Melmetal (all shiny) even shiny Rayquaza with V-Create tradeable in Sword Shield through Link Trade.
That is why I'm interested with Wolf's and hope can work around with his file.
When it meant illegal it meant it was never officially released, that why it failed the pkhex legality check.
To "legalize" the illegal ones lol.
I don't how it works actually but if those failed legality check in PKHex but tradeable still...then I can't imagine how much you have try all those till it works. Nice one mate

Well if gamefreak server allow the trade then the problem is that, do keep in mind that Shiny form of Galarian birds which pkhex marked illegal is tradeable despite it being shiny lock, same goes for gen 8 HA starters when the games first came out , so you still have to look what gamefreak allow and what they doesn't.
