I don't know if it's possible, but it would be amazing to see a port of the original (old) Tux Racer running on a 3DS. It's an open source game released mainly for Linux, the source code can be found easily with a Google search.
It shouldn't be too heavy for a new3DS to handle. I'm not an Homebrew expert, so I'm just wondering if this could even be possible to port...

Might be far fetched, but a luma input redirection server for android would be cool if anyone has some free time XD. I could make an attempt if somebody could direct me to what luma is looking for as button inputs...

a freecam for pokemon ultra/sun and moon (for 3ds of course). you have no idea how much i want to go into areas in that game.

maybe, but i think that is low on the priorities of the big boys
I always wished for someone to port Pixel Dungeon since it's so much fun and open-source, but sadly i have no idea on how to do this
Edit: even though the game's original code was written in Java, someone in the pixel dungeon subreddit rewrote it in C++ (i can't post links but if you search it up it's easy to find) so making the port should be easy enough with some coding skills.

One thing that just occurred to me.... The sound on the 2600 sucked less back then the harsh sound we hear now is from infinitely better speakers we have now, back when the 2600 was new speakers produced a almost muffled sound, like CRTs made old graphics look slightly better. -

I think a few of the early systems could benefit from that, at least up to the 8 bit generation, by the 16 bit generation I think TVs had gotten a lot better in almost every way
