Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D 60 fps (created by Molenin (Zora Eggs)
Instructions ==========
Download my citra my build and extract it: mega nz /file/ZIsFBIIJ#ytoA3lA8ZS3XCf-MZbqctL00jSS0S_TPCUvB2p150-4
If for some reason it does not work then download a fresh build from emucr and replace with my exe files, but keep the other data the same. The ROM I use is: ctr-aqee1.3ds, open it with citra and open cheats menu and make sure it says: 0004000000033500.
Other versions might work but I never tried them. Check your graphics card control panel, some nice tweaks can be done here like quality control, max prerendered frames, frame limit, vsync etc, play around with it. Now we open citra-qt.exe. In citra general settings: 2 emulation speed sliders 200%, use alternative speed unchecked.
In citra system settings: CPU clock speed 100%, you can try higher but it might crash sometimes. In citra graphics panel: Just mess around with it until you get the graphics you want. In citra audio panel: It has to be HLE which is the default I think. In citra controls panel: Map your keys, make sure each one is mapped because we will be using some combinations.
In citra cheat menu: We are going to add 2 new cheats:
60 FPS: DD000000 00000380 28080120 00000001
30 FPS: DD000000 00000340 28080120 00000002
Paste them, you might need to press enter to add a blank line after. Activate both of them when you are on title screen and they should persist between emulator restarts. In game: Unfortunatly the game has many glitches due to the higher framerates, so without having the source code to fix each one manually we can only rely on simply switching the FPS manually: L+R+Down = Slower speed === 60 FPS L+R+Up = Faster speed === 30 FPS
If you see a crawlspace make sure to up the speed before going through or you will softlock. If you want to use a certain item and it behaves weirdly, fasten the speed, use the item and then slow the speed again. You will have to change the speed every time you change a room, but if for some reason you always want to force 60 FPS just use the 60 FPS code without the first line. Use save states OFTEN, who knows what could crash or softlock really, you dont want to lose your progress.
