Can we please quit bumping threads with useless posts? We get it, you want a plugin. Someone will post one eventually. Have some patience.
For real now... Bumping threads wont make the Plugin appear.. I want the EU Plugin too. I have to wait too. Bumping threads is very annoying... Things like this wont Grant your wish.
Do you think posting everywhere is going to help when no ones ever posted a actual link or file of the plugin?

Unfortunately this is not how it works
It will be done whenever someone feels like making it.
I will lock this thread since it was several years old and barely had any useful replies.
