twitter problems

I never put my mobile phone number on twitter. And I don't want to. Now, I can't do anything about it. Something's wrong with my twitter and it asked to use the code to verify this is really me. What should I do ?

Are there really no options for going through to an email or anything?

I guess you have no choice but to add your phone number. Or you could just make a new account... It's not like you lose much.

I did make a new account and everything was fine until I added my favorite news to my account and got this message again.

I had a Twitter account which I had made solely to get My Nintendo points, later it was locked for some reason and it took a few months for Twitter to unlock it again. After that, I just deleted the damn account.

Nowadays, I just close/delete accounts I don't want or use anymore. A bit of cleaning up digitally, I guess.

U r probably using mobile version,just register an account on PC and log it on mobile using ur mail address.

It doesnt matter. I did register an account on PC then use my twitter account on PC. It wants to know if its really me and asked for phone number. I dont have a phone number on my mobile. I moved and haven't sign up for 2 years yet. I am not sure if I want to stay in this country longer. That's why I backoff a bit. Without it, I am stuck. I filled out few forms to annoying them. Still wait.

You don't have a cellphone number at all? You can select which country and use its respective phone number to activate.

I tend to use my U.K. cellphone number despite not being in U.K.

I can't sign Vodafona for 2 years contract which is a good deal for 10 euro because I am not staying here permanently. That's the problem
