This problem started ever since I switched to Atmosphere in general (used to use SX OS but accidently updated switch to 11.01). Games like Kirby Star Allies and Super Mario Odyssey just refuse to work now.

Star Allies is forever stuck on the loading screen, while Odyssey is stuck on the splash "Nintendo Switch" screen.

All sigpatches I downloaded accordingly to new version of Atmosphere. Both games I installed through Tinfoil. Any ideas?

You can downgrade back to 11.0 to use SX OS.

What patches are you using and how are you loading into Atmosphere?

It may be that you have too many sys-modules loaded in the background at once or one that's breaking things. Or you might be missing some sigpatches.
