Hi,

I am using SX LITE on switch lite
When I updated my sysnand to 11.0 i couldn't boot in to sysnand either emunand... I could not do nothing with the console.

I had to wait for sx os update.

Now i wanted to ask you if i could update sysNand to 11.0.1 and still be able to boot emunand ?

thanks

I don't know if it's possible in the Switch Lite using SX Lite, but in my case, on a normal Switch, using SXOS with OFW 11.0.1 and CFW 11.0 everything works correctly

I’m running SX OS and have my emuNAND running on 11.0, I’m not even sure what my sysNAND is on! I’ve never gone online for either. Is the best way to update the sysNAND via Nintendo normal update procedure online?

The best way to update is offline since the latest firmware is not supported by SX OS and there is no guarantee that update will ever come.

Thanks for the reply,

I intend on keeping the emuNAND on 11.0 and was going to update my sysNAND so I can play legit games online etc. I’ve checked and I’m still on the same fw from what I did my backup so I’m best staying on that incase of a clean install? I’m not fussed about going online now so happy to keep things as is.

On Atmosphere, are you running 11.0.1 on sysnand? I'm looking to play newer games, but they require newer firmware.

Currently running Sxos on emunand, but updating firmware is not recommended..

Please advice!

Its recommended that if you are using SX OS to at least setup Atmosphere in the event TX never updates their CFW.

sysNAND, yes! If you try to use homebrew methods to update your sysNAND with offline methods, you will make it dirty.

The best way to update is offline since the latest firmware is not supported by SX OS and there is no guarantee that update will ever come.

User was talking about sysNAND. Their emuNAND should stay on its current FW, and should never touch a Nintendo server, even if SXOS somehow gets support for future f/w's.

With Daybreak updated my sysnand to 11.01 without a sweat!! Sxos still works on emunand so having the best of bought worlds. If I find my way with atmosphere I'm ready for sxos to die on us..

Thanks for all the replies!! Helps a ton!!

Mate, you're responding to a 2 months old post. You're not doing anybody any favors including me or the guy who I originally helped by quoting something that old.

Using cfw or daybreak to update sysNAND is really stupid advice--unless it is already banned. You, and everyone who sees this thread should know better.

I mean I've done it before and I'm still not banned yet so I don't see the issue of handing out personal advice? This seems more like a you issue than a me issue. Not to mention that there are plenty of other people who have advised at the very least for using Daybreak since it emulates the official way of updating so well. So if you have an issue, take it up with them and not me.
