What I use to check for repros is the GBA logo. This one is a little bit too deep, the arrow in the bottom is too big, and the rounded corners in the sticker are also too big. The colors in the sticker are oversaturated.
From those points I can attest the casing of the cart is a repro. The cart should be opened to visual inspect the electronics. With the information I have, I would say it is a repro.
