When you plug the switch to the computer, do you hear the notification of USB device connecting?
If you do not, your Switch isn't on. Maybe battery depleted. Let it charge for three weeks and a full moon.

If you hear the jingle, you are already in RCM in case the Switch screen is black.

Nop, usb sound wasn't playing, my switch is full charged, and I got it recovered already, i just pressed all the buttons to enter recovery mode
