jokes aside i genuinely do see tlo2 or GoT winning goty due to its general audience impact. Doom eternal will most likely win best action and score. best multiplayer will go to animal crossing, i think they see among us and fall guys as FotM games. But hey, could be wrong.

That's fun but really stale these days. The same people are going to be mad about "SJWs" if the game loses because they are always mad about "SJWs." Animal Crossing fans aren't going to bat an eyelash if Animal Crosses loses, so no real fun there.

Exactly the ignorant type, there are many theories since the first teaser that Joel will die at the beginning of the game, and that was many years ago, we are fine with that as long as it's going to be a good story, so I don't know if you are new to the franchise or not but that was expected, try again.

Would be my guesses how it will be, personally I would say Game of the Year should be animal crossing. Best narrative not sure, but I really hated tlou2 in that aspect.

Would be nice for Animal Crossing to win the GOTY but I doubt it. Will probably be The Last of Us 2 or Ghost of Tsuchima.
Best Music for FF7Remake and Best RPG for Persona 5 Royal. So sad Xenoblade Chronicles DE wasn't even considered.

If you can check all my arguments not here but also in reddit it's all about the story and the characters, and maybe the die hard fan boys who don't treat it like a game from heaven or something.
So it's all about story, characters, false advertising, neil being an cunt, and pretty much that's it, graphic is the best on ps4 and gameplay is fine.
