You're just trying to antagonize me. Not worth my time. What I've said in my last post are facts and it doesnt hurt to use both 90dns and incognito.

Antagonize you? Nah not really since neither of us work for Nintendo we have no proof on what they can/can't do let alone have the right to say any of that is facts. Sure you can use both if you want its just going to be tedious to disable 90dns if your using HBG for better download speeds. Incognito is more potent b/c your switch information is erased to prevent a console ID ban blacklist even by your logic it would still be insufficient for Nintendo to ban the console since thats a permanent solution towards the switch. An IP/MAC ban is better to have than a console ban b/c it has loopholes to overcome easily, also banning IP's wont help them make money for the use of Eshop or mobile games... Back to the OP's question no gaming company in existence has ever controlled our dns to auto connect their servers from failsafe methods not even on PC.

Can't Nintendo nullify the point of using DNS to block their servers by, in a future update, automatically changing DNS to Auto when connecting to their servers if it can't connect as a failsafe? What could be done to mitigate this if it were to happen?
CFW could just disable it resulting in a goose-chase that Nintendo can't win because they cannot prevent the console from being hacked.

Epic necro, man. That reply was over 3 months old. looool.

Although that is true, some people would be forced to update either way, which would result in a wave of bans. In Nintendo's mind, that would be a win in their book, even if temporary. It cuts down the number of pirates, in any case.
