Ah, maybe not NUT issue then. Hmm, I really can't figure this out, I just used this application successfully a few weeks ago! I've tried multiple files from multiple directories, multiple versions of NSCB, and whenever I drag the file always this error.

EDIT: Same error, now I notice that NSCB generates an empty 'mlist.txt.new' file to the NSCB directory whenever I get this error, (whatever the hell that file is). Has to be something on my Windows end; maybe a permissions issue?

EDIT2: Turns out it was a f&%#$@ setting on my Avast antivirus. Had to disable it to get NSCB to accept files. Must have been considered some security threat, figures.

I used the newest x64 build to create a single XCI that contains base, update and (preorder) DLC of Age of Calamity just the way I always built my all-in-one-XCIs but it won't load in SX OS. 10.2.0 with newest beta. Any ideas why?

No idea, is the dlc is the unlocker or an official one? Also you mean that the xci itself won't boot in sx os? Did you verify the xci in nscb to be sure is ok?

On the other hand I seem to have a general problem in SX OS. Few games I mount are working, but many are not (Street Fighter 30th Anni, Hyrule Warriors AoC, Go Vacation). Strange.
Also SX Autoloader doesn't seem to work. Have v1.40.

It does work fine in my case, it's showing the update and it gaveme the dlc with a combined xci.

About autoloader you can try making the autoloader files with the tool i added to the mtp mode, the autoloader shortcut creation never worked to well for me.

Thanks again. After a long absence to using my HDD on the Switch I really want to come back to it and would love to get this working so please be kind with me that I'm so support-seeking right now.

I did some further testing of games in my hdd:/switch/xci folder and made notes which did mount and which did not.

Seems to be that there's something with the base game, right? But then again, why do other XCIs don't mount as well, that seem to be fine? :/

Just read about that on your github. Will have a look. I removed autoloader yesterday since it pretended SX OS from mounting anything. I was only able to mount games with SX Installer.
After removing autoloader and rebooting, at least those games I listed above did mount again.
But I'll give it another shot.
Just to be sure: You are using autoloader and it's working for you (at least with your selfcreated files)?

@lordelan Autoloader shortcut generation is a bit wonky, that's why i recommend to use the generator in the mtp mode, you don't need dbi to transfer the files, you can just use the option that generates them from the HDD and then move them to where the autoloader cache is stored, wiping the files that are currently there. Those files do generate many issues when they don't match witch your system files, for example an installed game with autoloader file will try to load the xci after closing the game, it generates many issues.
About hyrule base it may be a 4nxci convert made from the xci, since it patches the acid i can verify those files since the verification method relies into figuring out the changes of the nca files when the files are patched, restoring the nca files virtually to the original state. It will only work with things that are unmodified or that can be restored.

Can the current version show the correct RequiredSystemVersion if the newest FW 11.0 is needed ?
And is it possible to patch such new files back to FW 10.2 now ?
Or do we have to wait for a new NSCB update?

I just read somewhere that the new SNES/NES Onlines update need FW 11.
But that's wrong, no need to patch them, so all is fine.
Do you think they don't update the keys because it's too easy to get them?

It seems the new update of SNES/NES Onlines brings a new kind of limit for added roms.
So I like to keep the current version as long as possible.
Would it possible somehow to patch these update NSP to the new version numbers so that the system thinks it's already the newest update ?
example: to patch NSP update v4.7.0 to behave like v5.0.0 to avoid the system forcing to update

That's for the FW, has nothing to do with that.
The subject is software update/version, not FW update/version.
I'm always at the newest supported FW, so no need to change the RequiredSystemVersion at all.
So in some days I'll be at FW 11.0 hopefully.
That'll not change the system forcing me to update the software.

there hasn't been a new one since fw 10.0.0 so it been a while since a new one

That works (sometimes), I know, but that isn't what I asked for.
I only use Switch tools (no PC) and know Goldlef (including 09.dev), Tinfoil 8.1 and SX Installer 3.02.
Only the SX Installer works for me after using the newest SNES Online update, otherwise it forces to update.

Another interesting quesion (because SNES/NES Online seems to have a new rom limit) :

Would it be possible to patch a NSP to a different ID (+ name) so that it could be installed twice ?
So I could use LayeredFS with one pack of roms and the other with a different pack.

I'm trying to use the feature to patch out the Nintendo account link. I go to advanced, add the nsp, process, and select the option

The patch fails due to missing "advlist.txt" does anyone know what that's about?
