Ok let’s say you loaded island transfer tool on to a switch with CFW, then you transfer your island save from a clean switch to the CFW Sysnand then you backup the game save and edit it in NHSE and load it back on to the CFW switch. You transfer the game save back on to the non modded clean switch using island transfer tool, what are the chances of getting a ban on the clean console (switch lite) for having a modded island?

Have you successfully tried to do the transfer? I've tried several transfers and transfer to the CFW from OFW is fine, but the other way around always yields a communication error.
I send from cfw to ofw without problem. And i think it could hardly result in a ban.
In fact im using cfw online, even hacking on other ppl islands and im still ok
