I was having problems with my 3ds freezing and i heard that updating your 3ds would help so i updated it and now it keeps popping up with this screen (btw I have homebrew) I am willing to send you files to look at just ask

Put the latest luma boot.firm on your SD card (https://github.com/LumaTeam/Luma3DS/releases/tag/v10.2.1)

The main / root directory of your SD card, you should already have a boot.firm file there and you need to replace that.
