Hi, everyone, like I ask in the title I was wondering if jksv or checkpoint can touch the sysnand if i'm in my emunand

I think sysnand and emunand are by default completly separate and it's what I hope, I was trying to get rid off my legit accounts in my emunand and keep one who don't exist in my sysnand for ban prevention (I'm just paranoid) but before I was trying to pick some of my saves from my other games. I'm not sure if I did something wrong in the process, I don't think my sysnand was touched but it is possible if I was in the emunand ?

Because now i'm little bit stressed

You won't even get banned by just using jksv or checkpoint on sysnand.

Not necessarily true, you could get banned but the general consensus of the community is that it's very very low chance, but still possible. Any time you run cfw and go online, you run the risk. The best thing to avoid a ban but still use cfw online (from what I've gathered) is dont install anything like nsp, homebrew forwards, etc. and don't use mods/cheats/save editing (select games)

To be precise:

Ban Risk according to Atmosphere devs:

Instant ban:
• Piracy of any sort
• Homebrew nsps
• Changing user icon through homebrew
• Sketchy eShop behavior

Not so instant ban, but still a ban:
• Modding online games, except in very niche circumstances
• Cheating in online games
• Clearing error logs after they've been uploaded to Nintendo (this may extend to using both emummc and sysmmc online, due to mismatched logs)

Not a ban, so far:
• Atmosphere itself
• Homebrew
• Custom themes
• Custom sysmodules (sys-ftpd-light, etc.)
• Mods/cheating in offline games
• Overclocking with sys-clk (just don't do it competitively, for all of our sakes)
• emummc

We just don't know enough yet:
• Screwing with PRODINFO, but NOT committing bannable offenses
• Using the experimental PRODINFO dummying included in Atmosphere 0.11.2 and later.
