I'm in the market to upgrade my o3ds xl. Are any stores offering clearance/cheap refurbs, or are they all cleared out already? All I can find is a refurbished n2ds xl from Nintendo.

You missed out on the Nintendo refurbished systems. They haven't stocked n3DSXL for over a month.

[r/3DS] It appears that Nintendo is no longer selling refurbished new 3ds systems, which as far as I am aware means that Nintendo is no longer selling any 3ds model.

Options.

[eBay] search results for "new 3ds xl" sorted by [lowest price + shipping] and [buy it now]
Locally from GameStop, Craigslist, OfferUp, Facebook Marketplace, and pawn shops.
3rd party sellers on [Amazon] Nintendo 3DS & 2DS Consoles

Gamestop sells them for 140. I got my dual IPS n3DS from there.
