All versions can boot in RCM but only the unpatched ones can be injected successfully in RCM mode. Just find inject a payload (tegraexplorer.bin). if it injects it successfully and you see something on your screen then it means it's unpatched. I found the serial-number approach to be inaccurate. There are devices tha are 'definitely patched' based on their serial number but they are actually exploitable and can be injected.any guides on hekate? how can I check i its exploitable? I doubt it is it looks pretty new. I know where to find the number to check if its exploitable for a switch that will boot but not on a non booter
well holy crap its exploitable and rcm detects it maybe its just stuck in rcm maybe the previous owner put it in rcm and its stuck there, i tried pressing the power button a million times for 15 seconds and it didnt boot so I guess ill have to investigate how rcm works
