Hacking Need help with setting up flashcard/3ds freezes when inserting the card

So, I found my old Flashcard that I used to play with a couple of years ago, and I wanted to use it on my n3ds. I searched for kernels and menus, but I dont have a clue which one I should use. This is the card

I use an Intenso 16 gb micro sdhc class 10 card. I just put a random menu onto the card and a rom. After I insert it it freezes the console and I have to hardreset.
Does anybody know how to fix this and what I should do?
