As @linuxares said you should keep the SysNAND clean, also when you are going to boot to SysNAND to be online do a cleanup. (I personally do that while booting to SysNAND, Genuine boot may be more secure.)
Additionally, afaik Genuine Boot burns fuses.

Im guessing your talking about the SX OS boot.dat if your talking boot geniune/original fw.
I always previously used boot original fw for booting from autorcm(never been banned),
you might want to get used to installing hekate & atmosphere files, then choosing stock however.
Next Nintendo update I have a feeling team xecuter wont be providing anything.
Ive used the stock option from hekate before aswell without issue, and currently use it on all my sd cards if I need to connect to nintendos servers, online gaming, etc....

We are talking about SX Core, not fusee-glee exploit. So we don't have AutoRCM already.

If its a V1 switch its just patched. The options hes talking about run from the SX OS boot.dat which is the same regardless.

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

if update comes sxcore can stop working?

SX CORE will work fine
V1 switches will have no issues because I do believe other payloads run fine, so Atmosphere will work

V2 switches will not necessary be ok
Team Xecuter have been particularly quiet since the arrests of the CEO and the Sales rep.
This means should you update your firmware, it is very possible team xecuter will no longer update
SX OS, which would then leave you screwed. At least temporarily.

My main point is there is no AutoRCM on SX Core and, SX COREs have a little bit different Boot Menu from normal SX OS.

As Basketto said SX OS won't be updated most probably, and you may (not sure) not be able to update your SysNAND because of that since when a new update comes out SX OS won't be compatible with it and because of that you may not even be able to open up Boot Menu. So just update the Atmosphere emuNAND to be safe when a new update comes out and the details would be revealed about SX CORE and SX OS later on.

I would recommend SysNAND for online. You can't play online if you don't update the system and as I said I can't say something that clear right now since there is neither a system update nor news about TX. These details will be revealed when there is a new update. And until then you can play online on SysNAND (clean sysNAND) with Clean Up method.

Note: I am saying the safest method that I know but still there is no guarantee if you will get banned or not.

i don't know i think i put 90dns on it when I boot to the system
In this case I can't say an exact thing, I can't know if Nintendo took a log of your activity or not. If you want to be real safe then you can restore your Nand from an early backup (From SX OS boot menu). It's your choice overall.

if you didnt run any homebrew the odds of getting banned are insanely low.
You will be fine. I don’t recommend a restore right now even if you know what your doing.
In the last 3 years their has been about 1 report of bans from just running custom firmware, & its probably bs.
Just chill.
