no offense, but I'd imagine that game to be pretty shitty if they're giving it away on ps5, when the game could be up for sale on psn.

Fall Guys was given away at launch as well. I'd still think that BugsKnack will probably turn out to be shitty, but I don't see a direct correlation here.

The devs must have got one hell of a deal to give up the opportunity of being a launch title (for sale) on a new console generation.

I have all the hype for Bugsnax, can't wait to play it...on PC ;O;

But hey, nice to add an extra launch title to anyone who grabs a PS5, and it even lasts until January 2021 so everyone trying to buy a PS5 at/around launch can get a chance to snag it.

Bugsnax would be worth it for the song alone! KKB!

But it sucks a little bit I guess, if one of the games is locked to a specific console (even if it's available on both) - unless it's usually 2 games and the 3rd one is just a bonus for the PS5 early adopters. I haven't really paid attention

No way they're giving away free PS5 games each month this early. There's a reason why they require you to have their console first, it's simply a lure to hook you into paying full launch price.
