I'm trying to sync my ACNH with the Nintendo Switch app so I can use custom pro designs from internet, but when I try to go online the error 2124-4618 and I think that it's because of my atmosphere, how can I fix this?
Seems like you're using an .nsp installed copy. Connecting online from an .nsp version likely marked you for a ban, too.
So, to be clear, what kind of New Horizons are you play? Real cartridge? Installed .nsp? XCI?
The error message you received is commonly received by people who are not using legitimate copies of games. It usually is a sign of a permanent ban. You can't play online on a game that you didn't purchase.
