Do you have B9S + Luma CFW installed on your console?

I guess this works, but I was kinda hoping for a browser app on the system for direct downloads rather than having to move iles from pc to sd.

Got a problem with trying to get my acnl save file from acnl:welcome ambio so I can edit them?
Are you using checkpoint or JKSM to extract the files needed for editing?
Check point doesn't work it seems when I put Micro SD Card on card reader on my pc and go to E:\3ds\Checkpoint\saves\0x0198E ACNL - Welcome amiibo\20201028-202152 there is no file. I'll try with JKSM

Either 3dsx or cia versions are basically the same (there's not any advantage). Then, you can use any of them indistinctly.
IDK exactly what savetype is used by your ACNL current game, but it could be extdata type perharps (and AFAIK, Checkpoint is capable to manage that type of savedata, and JKSM too). Then check if is for that cause.

Ok so I have no clue how I ended up doing this, but basically after installing Luma3ds and BS9 and doing a couple of cia installs, after powering off and saving my game my Emunand refused to boot from the menu. Showing this message upon booting up Emunand

If anything Id just like to know what I can do to get emunand back up and running before I just stay strictly on SYSNand

What type of cias did you install? (I mean, 3ds games/apps, DSiWare games/apps, GBA injected games, System titles, Updates, DLCs, mods/patches...)
And EmuNand? Nowadays there's not any sense about keep using an EmuNand with B9S + Luma CFW running (except if you are a GW flashcard user). Perharps your problem has something to see with EmuNand using
Edit: If you apply a format to the SD card is somewhat possible that your EmuNand had dissapeared

Ok, I don't want to discuss the personal preferences about EmuNand; but anyway it's not necessary at this point of the history.
Have you check if on Luma's config menu (pressing START on boot) is(are) present and activated the option(s) related to EmuNand automatic load? Verify that, please
