Personnaly, My switch is always in sleep mode docked but is it good for the machine ?
What do you do and what do you think ?

My switch is at home docked 99.5% of the time since basically its launch... I have quite a lot of time played as well (like ~1k hours in switch games and also A LOT in emulators/hb ports), hekate shows ~4490mAh which is very good i think. Never had any problems with overheating or battery life.

The nintendo switch console can be left in the dock while not in use to ensure that it is fully charged. If you put the console in the dock or plug in the ac adapter directly to charge before the battery is completely spent, it will only count as a partial charging cycle.

And i use both modes from the console. Handheld+Docked.

Not enough choices in the survey. Personally, I turn off the Switch when I don't expect to play it for the next few days. Then I use the dongle to restart the CFW. If I expect to use the Switch in the next 24 hours, then sleep mode only.
