Sadly Usenet is kind of spare with those kind of titles. Except scene, so yeah...

I need to find a good site for usenet now that nzb matrix is gone. I uploaded a few things to usenet using yenc power post (mostly things that were requested that I had). anyway, dmca has hit them hard just like torrents, so you've gotta find your way into either an invite only site or one you have to pay for, perhaps both. is easynews even usenet? when I downloaded from them, it went through the browser, not sabnzbd.

The thing about "I gotta TRY them before I buy them cuz....." Yeah. Riiiiiiiiiiiiight. And if you like the game you're going to keep playing it for free, not say "Oh!! I'm going to delete this free game right now and go pay for it!!!" C'mon. LMAO!

I mean... I've actually done it. I'm all for being a negative Nancy, but this is a real thing. I'd be less inclined to "try before I buy" if demos were more prominent or if Nintendo had a proper refund policy. Switch is the only system I do this on. Why? Cuz Steam has a good refund policy if I think a game is shit.

indeed. I didn't know this at the time, but I think steam has a 2 week/2 hour or something policy if a game either doesn't run or is horrible. nintendo has been trying to do something like that. you can no longer preload games over a week old, which would be a forced buy. I remember getting trails of cold steel 3 at least 2-3 months in advance from preloading. now, nintendo allows you to cancel preorders as long as it's seven days prior to release. bad thing is that if a game sucks or has issues you can't get a refund then. some people have claimed that fighting nintendo on this results in a ban. dunno if that's true.

To be honest with you I actually pirated some games and then bought them its pretty rare but I do it sometimes I used to buy used PS3 games from gamestop and copy them using multiman and return them back to the store but it was a pain keep switching stores so I just ended up just keeping the games.

WWE2K18 I bootlegged it and then bought it on the switch sadly to my surprise they had closed down the online network so buying the game was a waste of $20

CTR tag racing I bootlegged it but I heard some of the content I needed to be online so I had bought the game for $15 bucks at Walmart

Max Payne Fall of Max Payne I had bough it because my bootleg version for the PS2 it was stuck after a certain mission so I had to buy the legit copy to continue on my progress

To be honest. I have pirated in the past but my main reason for doing it was ability to keep a digital collection. For example I still pirate on ds and ps2 as there no other way to keep a mass collection of games digitally. On ps2, I use a hard drive and on DS I use a flash cart. Now on newer systems like ps4, xbox one, switch, pc/steam. I buy all my games digitally and do not pirate them. Im not sure if other people like this but I guess console makers allowing the possibility of digital downloads has turned me to a paying customer. I never really been a fan of xbox until recently. I am really loving gamepass with my digital only xbox one s. I guess I just love having all my games in one spot and absolutely hate swapping discs/carts. The ability to play for free was just an added bonus, I guess.
