So back in may 2020 i bought this 1tb ssd. Adata su800 3d nand edition. At suggestion from a good friend who swore by it says he has a dozen in his work rigs. So i didnt open the box till about a week ago and i used it with a usb kit on my laptop to backup some data before i did a windows 8.1-->10 upgrade and full format. So i was able to save the data back and forth from the ssd via usb but after about 3 hours the usb disconnect chime popped up and the ssd was never to be recognized again. I have a second usb kit still no go tried diff sata cables nope. Tried poppin it into a spare ps4 to format it nope ps4 says cant access the storage. Key note hte sdd gets hot after a minute of being plugged in. Any tips that wont void any warranty that i could try to revive it? Amazon says its past their personal warranty period and im waiting back from the manufacture to see if i will get a replacement? Honestly the data on the hdd is a second backup that wont be missed so im not gung ho needing it to be zombied but what the hey ill like to try
