Unsurprisingly Max lost his extradition hearing and will be arriving in the US on Thursday or sooner.
You won't see any more TX chips as they never paid the factory for the last batch made plus the factory has been served legal cease and desist orders to prevent any future manufacturing or releases of how to build info etc
The original TX servers are now in the FBI hands so if you have activated lots of licences expect Nintendo to be after your asses
Bowser btw has been singing and crying like a baby to the feds to try and get bail. Any one who had anything to do with him should be very very worried.
Bet they are so glad they ripped me off now

Strange how he loses an extradition hearing when theres a french/usa policy against it and they wont extradite their own nationals and at most will do the court case for external affairs in their own courts.

You already said that about the factories last time, hell you even said that the chips were not going to be made originally because of the cease and desist factories supposedly got back in may.

Also its amazing you know whats happening with the feds but somehow got scammed by them most likely for doing something illegal yourself.

And why do you even think the arrest of Max was in France ? He hasn't lived in France for about 15 years I have proven plenty of times in the past by publishing Max's full details of address and phone number and none of them have been in France lol

If Chinese factory give a crap about US cease and desist order than we wouldn’t have all those fake Apple and Nike products flooded the world. My bid is that Chinese factory will soon rebrand TX core as their own if TX fall and increase production scale to get the most of it during Mariko’s lifespan. The price will likely to be cut in half as they don’t have to pay TX. I mean why wouldn’t they since R&D was done and the market already there? Isn’t this what they do best, clone a mature product and selling it cheaper?

Yes, there could be a short interruption while those Chinese factories decide what to do with the activation issue. They may even make it license free to work with atmosphere hekate so they don’t have to provide any software support. I just don’t see they give up all those $$ when you consider most NS owner in China pirate their NS. Almost every game shop in China sell SX core or at least can refer you to someone that does the service.

My paypal is up and fully functioning unlike your brain, you make it sound like you think:
1 I keep my money in paypal which no one does.
2 Like losing a paypal would actually stop someone from making another 1.
3 I had some magically webbed system deep into tx and like its gonna stop me doing repairs.

Also max he is a french national doesnt matter where they arrest him, its still requires extradition to take him to a USA court they wouldnt be doing it otherwise.
