I would image TX will continue on, but will be a 100% Chinese operation going forward.

People involved in the warez scene just aren't safe anywhere else.

He's pretty lucky to be located in France, and be a citizen there. Iirc, they don't allow their citizens to be extradited to the US.
Well it won't stop him from getting arrested never the less. NoE can probably continue the lawsuit I guess? I'm not sure. I got no knowledge of French law.

But EU have some cooperation with the US about that. So not sure at all...

I didn't know TX was owned by Scumbag Max. That certainly explains a lot. Good riddance.

isn't this sorta like making guns illegal or banning them, because someone might use one to kill another person. sure piracy may be one reason, maybe even the main reason someone buys sx os, but to believe it's the only reason is damn right ignorant.

What I don't get is why the FBI, CIA, etc focus on stuff like this as if it was the most important kind of crime to eradicate, but don't allocate more things that, IDK, actually f*cking matter? You know, like violence, murder, arson, but piracy? Really? Let's be honest, piracy never has or ever will shut down companies. Period.

Because billion dollar corporations care more about their special interests so that's where the money is.
