Just tested a theory I had about these codes. So on the levels themselves, on the current run of mario sunshine the health code and infinite water doesnt work. However, it works when I'm in the main plaza. Just wondering if these codes are for the main area instead of the levels.

I tried them all in the fisrt level getting the first seven starts and all of them work , the only case that doesnt work are the jetpack water pack when dark Mario stole them .

I got it to work by starting the codes in the the main hub. Then going into the levels. Have no idea what causes it to work and what causes it to not work.

I've tested this and it doesn't work for me. Its the strangest thing, basically the first day I used these cheats all of them worked without fail. Then the next day when I turned the game on again the only cheats that work are 99 coins and 99 lives, I cannot for the life of me get the inf energy, inf water breathing, inf water tank, or any of the nozzle cheats to work. Restarting switch, restarting game, and trying the cheats in different areas of the game does not get these cheats to work at all.

Obviously it is close to what the offsets are. But I have a feeling this may be like spyro but at least these work occasionally. I think i spent a year off and on that game trying different ways to get it to work to no avail.

you need to find the pointer to the emulator.

Here is a tech demo I leave the power hack to those who know the game better. The trick is to change MainEnd and HeapStart to a guess value and HeapEnd to the real MainEnd as illustrated in my screenshot. My tool need to be hacked to support this and is attached. Proper release later. In theory the original JNoexs + pointersearch 0.4 should work too.

time is static in mame, so no pointer is needed MAIN+1221901 = 99
