The DarkWii Plus theme is designed to give a dark overhaul to your Wii's system menu, without making it ugly. Things like the health screen, disc channel, and others, are unchanged. Some UI elements are darkified. The end result is a dark theme that feels native to the Wii itself.
It is based on the original DarkWii theme by Slazor, with some elements by the Wii Theme Team, while aiming to look native and stock.
