Gaming My 3DS is finally broken and there's nothing I can do

No, I don't really know where they are
Alright ordered a new battery see how it goes.
To be honest the battery was acting up before but when I test with multimeter it says 4.17v which is higher than the intended. Will update once battery gets to me. Thanks for your help seen another thread saying it might be the battery.

Alright got the new battery still won't turn on.
