Hardware joycon not charge

I had the same issue. I bought a not mariko switch and had the same porblem. After disassembly it and reconncet the joy-con flex cable, it didnt change a thing. I gived up and just installed Atmosphere and after the Atmosphere it worked and dont know why.
I just made a backup of sysNand, made a emuNand and updateted the emunand. After all of that it worked.
