1 non jailbreaked ps4 backup savedata to usb device
2 record usb:/ps4/savedata/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx 32 chars
3 use ps4offlineactivitor active psn account in jailbreaked ps4, psn account is that 32 chars
two ps4 can copy same savedata from usb device, but jailbreak ps4 only can use lower than jailbreak version's savedata, like 5.05 jailbreak can use 5.05 version savedata, can't use 5.50 or higher savedata, and fpkg must repair keystone, otherwise official savedata will broken in fpkg game

you can use save wizard on any firmware afaik, but save mounter requires as you called it jailbroken system. you can use account activator to enable usb exportation on a jailbroken device. you can't use it on ofw, because you have to have a ps4 debug.bin like save mounter deployed, which is only possible on hen. afaik, you can't use higher firmware saves on lower firmware (probably due to pfs), which saves also use, so it's not just the games. that's what save mounter does actually. saves are mounted to pfsmnt iirc, which probably stands for protected file system mount.
afaik, as long as the save was made on 5.05 or lower, it should work. I was able to use my banned account with account activator to import saves, mount them with save mounter, then use account activator again with my new account, use save mounter to inject the saves, then copy them back to usb for storage. it does work, yes.

I'm planning to buy a hacked ps4 (just for transfer saves for the moment), which firmware should I choose between 5.05 and 6.72 you think ?
5.05 is the better of the two, but 6.72 can play newer games without hassle, so it's up to you. 5.05 rarely crashes and it's more supported. I don't know about 6.72 really other than what I've read (still on 5.05). however, I think @KiiWii still suggests 5.05. I know @Leeful has added support for 6.72, but I dunno about KiiWii. both have created frontends to deploy payloads. you can either use online to deploy the payloads or self host. however, KiiWii mentions in his tutorials that sony can still see what you're doing if you use online or use dns, so they could theoretically ban you. I'm completely offline with sandisk connect, so I don't have to worry about that.
@godreborn alazifs dns should block 99% of Sony’s telemetry. For the rest you can block them on your router.

I actually used to have a router that couldn't block urls. that's why I created the url list for my first ps4 tutorial. if your router doesn't or can't block enough of them, you can use ccproxy. however, if you're using an old phat, both computer and ps4 must use 2.4GHz band. I'm using 5 on my computer since my new router supports both.

btw, @KiiWii , my url list actually causes it to error if you try to sign in to psn or try to update in system settings. I think I got all of them as I got a partial list from a site, then monitored network traffic with cc proxy. it will tell you what the system is connecting to, so it might even be able to sniff download links for games and stuff. I used it to get the rest of the urls. I think what I have may be overkill. it might be like blocking nintendo on the wii u. two or three urls are for the eshop, so you can't sign in. I think some of those urls may be for the psn shop which is why it errors.

probably never be able to use online. a lot of devs are against that due to online cheating. plus, the hackerone thing that sony is a part of says that devs can only divulge new exploits after a reasonable amount of time has passed (time for a patch to be released in the form of firmware).
