Wouldn't Faketik be the way to go? (I've never even heard of Tikdevil before. Considering it doesn't look like it has been touched for a few years, I'm not sure I would trust it.)

TIKdevil only works if the CIAs came from proper eShop dumps, plus the title key site it relies on no longer exists, so it indeed wouldn't work.
you might want to back up your database of title keys just in case. you can do this in godmode. there's an option to get essential files or something (can't recall the exact naming of it, but it will be obvious). it will give you three files including seeddb and decrypted title keys iirc.

You are referring to the "essential.exefs" in [S:] SYSNAND VIRTUAL in GodMode9. This file should be copied to 0:/gm9/out.

@battlecatsahead, did you follow the steps in Sections II–IV for dumping the TIK files and reinstalling any legit eShop tickets with FBI? If you did not, restoring the HOME Menu games, dlcs, and updates with faketik has now made all your titles non-legitimate. This can pose a problem if you later uninstall CIAs and try to redownload your purchases because Nintendo CDN server will reject the fake tickets.
Because standard CTRTransfer bricks the DS(i) mode, it's advised to follow-up with:

Yeah, I tried to play a ds game earlier, and I found that ds games didn’t work, and I couldn’t go to update my 3ds because I had no wifi, thanks
