Now that Nintendo has published Mario 3D Allstars it has become quite clear that they have created and are now in possession of a good emulation framework that would allow them to publish further Wii/GC/N64 games in the future.

Taking that into consideration, what (if any) enhanced emulated games would you like to see coming to the Switch next.

I will start with two of my unpopular picks, games I liked but I never completed. One is from Wii and the other from Gamecube:
  • Geist (Gamecube)
  • Arc Rise Fantasia (Wii)
PS:

Note: Also, I believe the next enhanced emulated collection will really be the Metroid Prime Trilogy. And I also dig that. I could also use some Skywards Sword.

I don't see Arc Rise Fantasia getting ported because it wasn't very popular or well known. But I did enjoy what I played of that game, so I'd like to finish it at some point.
I'd rather have proper ports. Say, if they gave Skyward Sword the same overhaul they gave Wind Waker HD, I'd be pretty happy. And a port of Paper Mario TTYD with higher res graphics (it doesn't need much else) would be awesome too.

would it be possible to use their emulator and run gamecube games on the switch ?
Yes, probably, but how to inject games is still under investigation AFAIK.
That said I believe they will have several emulator version tuned for each game, and probably the games itself will be slightly patched to run better on the emulator and to improve performance, graphics and so on.

I mean, this is a hunch based on personal experience, but I don't believe they have an "out of the box universal emulator", but something that needs fine tuning and patching for each game.

Lol, who is gonna vote "no"? Of course we want to see this emulator get used more!

I'm hoping for a zelda 3d collection next year with WW, TP, and SS. Might not happen but it's possible.

Running GC games at 30fps seems to be the answer to getting "full speed" emulation on switch.

As for Wind Waker, I'd prefer they port the Wii U version for the speed sail. Not sure how I feel about the shortened triforce quest though. That took forever on gamecube but it was fun.

I really hope the amazing devs figure out how to inject roms! I agree with the above, it probably needs patches to run properly.

Metroid trilogy (preferably with improved controls and option to use motion aim like with Wii) is my top wish. TimeSplitters 2 would be a close second but it's already playable with L4T Ubuntu. I'd like to see Eternal Darkness come back, maybe a sequel?

GameCube:
- MGS: The Twin Snakes
- Mario Kart: Double Dash!!
- Luigi's Mansion
- Super Smash Bros. Melee
- Pokémon Colosseum
- Metroid Prime
- Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door
- The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker

Wii:
- Super Mario Galaxy 2
- Super Smash Bros. Brawl
- New Super Mario Bros. Wii
- Mario Kart Wii
- Super Paper Mario
- The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword
- Donkey Kong Country Returns
- The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess
- Metroid Prime 3: Corruption
- Kirby's Return to Dream Land
- Resident Evil: The Umbrella Chronicles
- Wario Land: Shake It!

Of course not all of the above will please everyone, but I just thought about all my favorites that I wouldn't mind playing on the go. I know I can do it with Dolphin on Android, but it would be great to have some of these ported to the Switch. :D
