Atmosphere doesn't support Lite, so answer yourself.

Only way to know if something like this is legitimate is to record Switch screen with phone from power on to the end without cuts.

Ok, I saw it wrong because of shitty video quality on my hotspot. :v
Either way no - this method even if it runs CFW menu from SX OS, it's not usable as it depends on replaced sysmodules found only in SX OS. It won't detect HDD, it won't mount XCI (it will either fail, crash or freeze), it won't run modules from Options and Cheats menu won't work.

Well actually I have a doubt my idea of the post is if you could clarify to me if is possible to run the games on the HD (in some way).
But I also see that there is missing information.
