Everything works fine for me. Homebrew NSP's and xci converts, no problems at all.
If people are having problems you should delete the patches from your SD and re-extract them from the zip in the OP.
Maybe go a step further and delete/reinstall atmosphere, hekate and the patches too.

i indeed did re-extract (and delete old file) them from the zip in the OP but still cannot open mario 3d all stars.

i do not think i need to reinstall atmosphere because i can play mario 3d with atmosphere.

also this problem only i cannot play mario 3d all stars, and the tin one. but paper mario and the others can be played normally (in hekate mode)

i am guessing, there is something wrong in patches.ini for hekate

The game plays fine for me. Try reinstalling the game.

Aside from that, from what I am seeing, I think it is completely possible to merge both fusee primary and secondary patches.
Yes.
Primary seems to be using the IPS themselves inside "atmosphere" and exefs/kip folders, while secondary seems to use only the patches.ini file (from what I know).
fss0 uses "patches.ini" only instead of "kip_patches". It still requires IPS patches from "exefs_patches".
That's why the previously posted "hekate 0.14.2.zip" does not work - it doesn't contain the "exefs_patches" IPS patches.

After applying the latest patches, I'm able to launch games, but some newer nsps fail to install in Goldleaf showing missing sigpatches or firmware too low while others old nsps install successfully
I think by the ablility to launch pirated games the sigpatches are working and I've rebooted several times, using Hekate to boot fusee-secondary, what have I missed here?

Given the current state of affairs, and HarukoNX's repositories being nuked and the previous thread's OP not being updated anymore, I decided to open a new thread to host the up-to-date signature patches for Atmosphere through Hekate, fss0 or fusee-secondary.

This means that if you use Hekate for booting, most likely you are using fss0/fusee-secondary to load Atmosphere, so these signature patches are for you.

Do take into consideration that I DID NOT make these patches, and these are being submitted as community/user submissions.
Other users upload and make these patches, I only update the OP with the most up-to-date patches!

The current zip has the latest sigpatches as of Switch FW 10.1.0 and Atmosphere v0.14.1.
Special thanks to @Draxzelex and @mikifantastik98 for the pack in this post (If you guys want me to remove your names, let me know asap).

Atmosphere v0.14.2 patches provided by @Ibcap

If you update to the latest CFW/sigpatches, and find yourself having issues booting some of them, be sure to check out this guide:
https://gbatemp.net/threads/guide-how-to-fix-switch-games-not-booting-after-a-fw-cfw-update.563960/

If you want to update the sigpatches without having to deal with PC transfers, you could use the new Sigpatches Updater by @Homlet :
https://gbatemp.net/threads/sigpatches-updater-update-your-sigpatches-from-your-switch.573546/
Should probably update main post. Specifically what version are supported.

fss0 uses "patches.ini" only instead of "kip_patches". It still requires IPS patches from "exefs_patches".

Ah, that makes sense. I noticed the es_patches files didn't have equivalents in patches.ini, but it didn't click that they're in their own directory outside of kip_patches, so they're treated differently.

The "exefs_patches" are just ES patches that are applied universally regardless of bootloader. Where the difference between Hekate and Fusee lie in is how they apply their respective FS/Loader patches. Hekate has them built in and merely reads it from the patches.ini file within the bootloader folder whereas Fusee requires the patches to be bundled separately in .IPS format. That being said, it is entirely possible to bundle both in one package but personally I see two issues with it:
  1. As stated before, DZ will not like the fact that Hekate/fss0 patches are on the SD card
  2. Its a bit of overkill as no user will be using both Hekate and Fusee to boot Atmosphere

I think point #2 goes more towards people just using one package to avoid confusion.
It doesn't necessarily mean they'll use both Hekate & Fusee, but rather, by having all the sigpatches for both in one pack, they can use any of the two boot methods, since one sigpatch method doesn't affect the other and they can be interchanged.

That way we might get less issues of people using the wrong pack while they are booting with the contrary payload.

Still tho, the bottleneck of the issue is Tinfoil at the end of the day.

Hmm I just updated to 10.2.0 and I'm using DeepSea's latest AIO 1.7.2 with the sigpatches in this thread, but I keep getting an 'Unable to start software' as everything on my microSD seems to be corrupted now. Everything from my NAND works fine though.

Ok,so i'm just gonna list the steps i'll have to do to update, if there's something wrong just tell me.

Currently using emummc, on ofw 10.1, athmosphere 14.1.
To update i will:
1- copy the athmosphere 14.4 files to my sd card
2-copy the hekate 5.3.3 files to my sd card
3-copy the .ini patch from this thread to the sd card, in the same location(i assume it works with 14.4, if not just tell me please.)
4-update the firmware on emummc later with ChoiDujour
5-finished.

Is that correct? If there's something incorrect, just please tell me(and if it is correct,i hope it helps other people coming here).

To all people having issues installing NSPs, try redumping your keys with Lockpick while on latest firmmware.
Even reinstalling ams/hekate fresh and redumping keys on latest firmware isn't making this work.

I wonder what's so different about this update that has made it not work for so many people.

Edit: And I know the keys I dumped work correctly as I dumped the Project DIVA Mega Mix update/DLC that got released yesterday.
