I recently bought ACNL Welcome Amiibo from the 3DS eShop, and was trying to use the Homebrew app tool NLSE (New Leaf Save Editor) with it. My game didn’t show up in the selector, so I’m guessing Welcome Amiibo doesn’t work with NLSE? Is there another Homebrew app that runs directly on the system that can edit Welcome Amiibo saves?

You can try Leafedit which is an app on your 3DS which should allow you edit your ACNL Welcome Amiibo game.

A much better way is to use Checkpoint to dump your save file (the most important file is garden.dat) then upload to this website to start your edits: https://www.marcrobledo.com/acnl-editor/

Once finished, restore your save file back with checkpoint. DON'T FORGET TO ALWAYS KEEP A BACKUP IN CASE YOU MESS IT UP (YES, IF SOMETHING BREAKS IT WILL BE YOUR FAULT ONLY)

Have fun!
