I'm only here to ask one question, and then I'll be gone.
I don't intend in participating in the community beyond.
But nevermind that now.
At least I'm up to 3 posts now with this reply.

With that attitude you frankly don't deserve any help.
We are not tech support. We help our fellow community members of our own free will. The least you could do is show some respect.
