I bought a Xbox 360 with dashboard 13599, after opening it was a Corona v1 16mb.
So I bought a Nand-x and ACEv5 to mod it. I did the first step with nand-x without problems (xexbuild 1.23 and dashlaunch 3.21), jrunner did what have to do but after soldering ace and trying to boot it the light is stuck on green also after a lot of minutes and anything to the screen. I don't knowif the issue is that I didn't connected to the internet (it is a test that I will do after writing this).

I checked the soldering, of many of them removed and resoldered but stuck in that way. Nand-x is still able to read the nand, I checked also with a tester the various cables and they are fine.
I don't know if the issue is that the capacitor near c2 yesterday was removed as error so I resoldered in the spot, I read on internet that without them the xbox still works but the capacitor is now back (checked with the tester too).

I read online that ace v5 can have issues and the suggestion is to change to ace v3 but also if I remove the cables of the modchip the xbox is still not turning on.

PS: I know that the cables for nand-x are not soldered very good but everything worked and I have to remove it anyway.

Nervemind, I had some doubts so I wanted to check again with a tester because I read that c11 and c2 resistors are in series and in that moment the one near c2 jumped off.
So I bridged that resistor (I read that various people did it or replaced the resistor itself) without adding as in the screen and now works.

Iirc the V5 uses a different slowdown point. It wires up differently than other chips and there’s no other timing files for it than the stock one, 15432’s files only work on V3’s afaik.

Thanks for the post OP, I’m sure this will help someone in the future.
