Also looking at your soldering, it really looks like the red circle isn't making a good connection. Looks like it's not really connecting at all. I'm not sure if you did it again since the last time you posted pics, but that's what it looks like.Ok but my solder points were good, and when i changed the chip it glitched green once, then the whole chip had no power
I dont think thats nand related.
Also the shorting of the 2 caps
I can remove the qsb if you think thats the issue in the morning.
But i highly guess thats the point.
Green circle looks like it's only connecting to one pad and not both. Hard to see from that angle.
As I said before, make sure you're using flux, I don't really see any traces of flux anywhere. Also if you're not using a temp controlled iron, you really need to.
