There is something that bothers me.
As Retroarch is compiled as Non-game mini app / Video Service - does it have influence on resource it gets form PS4?
For example, on Xbox One, UWP applications get only 10% of console's power.

There are no differences in terms of resource constraints but more so in functionality. For example this enables OpenGL and memory is allocated more towards video/graphics since the PS4 sees it as a video service app.

I ran into some compiling issues with them as they're using a higher libc++ version than what my current toolchain supports. Currently I'm working on a slightly different ps4 project but will return to this after.
Thank You.. A new PS4 project eh? :P Emulation related or something different?

@OsirisX i have a small request, well, maybe not so small, to ask. Since you've done such an amazing job with RetroArch, would it be possible to do the same but this time with movian/showtime? This is likely the last remaining thing left to be done on the PS4, besides having even more homebrew: a nice streaming / video app. What do you think? Could this be achieved with OpenOrbis? or is it too farfetched to try at this time?

After taking a quick glance at it, it does look possible to port over using OpenOrbis. I still have a couple projects I'm working on but I'll see if I can get to it sometime after.
