I bought a EZ-Flash Omega and it arrived recently.

I plugged it into my GBA and it only shows the Game Boy boot screen without the Nintendo text at the bottom.
I have tried cleaning the contacts and reinserting over 100 times to make sure it inserted properly but it never works.
Other game cartridges works fine, just not this EZ Flash Omega cart.
GBA behaves as if nothing is inserted when I insert it and I don't get the EZ Flash boot screen I am supposed to get.
Is it a defective unit?

It suddenly worked one day after not working for 7 days
This is so weird. I'm glad it works in the end

SylverReZ @ SylverReZ: But I bet that would be more for a flashcart than a consumer repro board.
