Homebrew How to generate CIA file of GBARunner2-Forwader ?

Hello everyone!
I'm trying to generate CIA file using "3ds" branch code of FlameKat53's GBARunner2-Forwarder but it's impossible for me.
Make command generates a NDS file, and now I'm stuck trying to know how can be a CIA file created to install the forwarder in an old 3DS console

Any hint? Thanks!

Install TWiLight Menu++. It can read *.nds files and includes the gbarunner2 that is compatible with a vast amount of titles.

Thanks, but I have modified some lines of code and I want to check if the program works, so I need to generate CIA file

use this instead. the 3ds can run GBA games natively from the Virtual Console

Thanks for your reply, but I'm working with a 1 screen 3ds (lower screen). This is why I want to use GBARunner2.
I only need help to compile and generate CIA of forwarder.

Oh yeah, you're the guy who makes those 'bottom screen' versions of emulators?

...if I remember correctly, mGBA has an option for bottom screen in the configure menu anyway.

Thank you but I'm not looking for alternatives. This thread is to find a way to compile exactly the program GBARunner2-Forwarder and generate CIA, because I have updated some lines of code and I want to test it.

Perharps you could see if bottom screen is usable in any way to load GBA roms (and someone else have created a forwarder for this, on cia and 3dsx format, indeed, throught That-Shortcut-Thingly).

I have contacted GBARunner2-Forwarder creator and the problem seems to be in Make file code: it doesn't insert TWL Extended header in order to create a DSiware application. Do anyone knows how can be this problem solved?
