Hacking R4 Gold Problem

I insert my card into my ds, but my logo is white and when I open it shows a white screen. Does anyone have links to help with the issue? It is V1.4.2 Please help for I have been trying to solve this issue for a while. The issue arose when my 5 year younger self decided to place the R4 into an action replay to get more cheats but then it showed white screens ever since. Any ideas?

Reflashed the bootloader? And for another a flashcart will never work in a cheat device
