Paid Dlc and themes do get deleted when you enter the eshop its been discussed hundreds of times here and on other sites.
You can discuss it all you want, I just checked again and it’s not deleting my paid DLC. Threads from 2016 and 2017 clearly have no bearing on how the eshop functions in 2020.
Exept if you read the threads you would see it clearly says it happens to some and not to others. And yes it still happens to people today
If you read the threads someone clearly says that entering the games specific DLC shop is what does it, not the eshop itself. So it sounds to me like it’s not even 100% known what the exact cause is, just that something is causing ticket issues on some modded 3DS console.
For me I just need to load the eshop and poof all dlc is gone from my system. This still happens I just tried it
