I haven't had a chance to check yet;
Does anyone know if Daybreak offers toggling autoRCM, or is it strictly just for installing an update?
i have made a quick vid, don't see any auto rcm
There is no AutoRCM install function in Daybreak. However, if you already have AutoRCM installed, Daybreak will preserve it the same way Atmosphere will preserve it in an official system update.

Good to know, thank you both.

im having a hard time understanding the new codetypes.
does anyone have a working case using the new C1,C2,C3, and FFF codetypes?
i was tempted to make a thread with examples, but i didn't want to make a thread without understanding all codetypes....

and just in case. this is their entries under the readme for cheats:
### Code Type 0xC1: Save or Restore Register
### Code Type 0xC2: Save or Restore Register with Mask
### Code Type 0xC3: Read or Write Static Register
### Code Type 0xFFF: Debug Log

Is anyone having issues with games loading if you are using sys-modules like Edizon Overlay or Sys-clk because if you are using modules most games won't load they just sit at the black screen with the Nintendo logo at the bottom right corner...all worked fine with AMS13 so I am assuming or guessing something in AMS14 does not like sys-modules being used....

Any help or ideas how to get them to work would be much appreciated.

I don't remember if I picked Fat32 (no ExFat) when using Choi in emuMMC. Assuming I did, would it hurt to pick +ExFat with Daybreak in the future? The emuMMC had the ExFat drivers when it was created.

Is daybreak supposed to be used in applet mode or title override mode? Or does it not matter?
Title override is generally recommended for all homebrew apps. That being said, Daybreak will likely work with either.

It will not hurt to pick the exFAT option in Daybreak. However, it is highly recommended that you use a FAT32 SD card, regardless of whether or not you have exFAT support installed.

Yeah, daybreak works just fine in applet mode. I was just wondering which method was intended when daybreak was being written.

I haven't tried Daybreak yet, but would someone walk me through how it works briefly?
Like how does it perform the updates and how or where it gets them from.

Daybreak performs exactly like choidujournx. You download the firmware files, feed it into the program then it will update.

1 exception is that the firmware files must have the right extension .cnmt.nca for meta file. So far the darth vader provides me the right file format for the latest firmware

There will be no autorcm option, exfat or fat32 still exist

I see. Thank you for explaining.
So basically just a replacement for Choi then.
