If you use the SNES9x forwarder instead of the Virtual Console or RetroArch options, yeah. Haven't tried it myself, but I'd imagine some games might run poorly though.
I'm very new to 3DS homebrew. Just hacked it and got all the required HB stuff. Is there anything I can read on how the various VC emulators run on Old3DS. In particular I'm interested in GBA emulation on Old3DS. I know SNES is a bit iffy but using the OLDSNES injector should help with that, right?
Can't seem to run a converted cia of Akumajou Special: Boku Dracula-kun(kid dracula) english translated. Am I doing something wrong or does this game not run on the 3ds?
Anyone know why the Game Gear/PC engine section would be greyed out and unable to be used? All the other systems work fine for making VC injections. Thanks!

They aren't available in NSUI yet, for now you have to use the individual injectors for both.

GBA on O3DS is only playable as VC or with GBArunner2. There was allegedly a third option i never tried because you had to compile the thing yourself and i can't do that. VC is the easiest way. GBArunner2 has the upside of selecting your roms from folders with UI. Neither allows savestates.
Any other O3DS emulation performance questions you have feel free to ask, that's all i can do to make myself sorta useful in this forum lol.
For ROM hacks of Pokemon Crystal, which is Retroarch core is considered the best for injecting CIAs? Gambatte or TGB Dual?
Hi! I have been trying to find info for awhile but am at a lost. Am I not able to use this tool to inject a SNES cia fine into Bubbles Snes9x or do I have to use the old Snes9x. Also, is there a noticeable performance difference between the two?
Hey everyone, I'm having an issue when making gba vc cia, as you can see in the photo, it's graphical glitch that make some portion of the top image display below (sorry for my bad English).. And it happen on a lot of game.. Is there somebody out there who having the same problem?

Having a strange bug, after loading a gba rom and trying to export it delays for a sec or two and then says "CIA exported" but no cia file was created but when I try to close the program, I save the project in the promoted window, I start the program again and export the cia now from the gba saved projects tab and it works.
Does anyone know how to inject Mario Kart Super Circuit for GBA? I’ve tried all 3 methods (Retroarch GpSP/Retroarch mGBA forwarders and GBA Virtual Console) and all I get is a white screen with some funny noises. I’ve got the gba_bios in Retroarch system folder so it’s not that and the game works when I load it using both GBA cores using Retroarch directly.

when i tried to export a game today i got the error RESULT_ERROR_DURING_PROCESS but my sd card is working just fine. any fix? (also sometimes it just doesnt make a file)
Hey, I have come across a problem, I injected a NES game today, and used VirtuaNES option (I like the borders options), however, my progress is not saved and is erased every time I close the game, The game in question is The Legend of Zelda Redux, should I change the injection method, like, use Nestopia instead?

Modified roms don't always work, especially if it adds to the size or trim it
Try the original Japanese version, if that works everything's fine then you have to play it on a NES/FC emulator for 3DS

God will not help you, so don't throw him in the discussion
Just use asa original as possible roms to convert to CIA and you will not have to much problems
ANY modified rom can give you not working CIA's, it's trial and error (mostly error anyway)
