The process is automated brother, you just have to wait... the wait time depends on your specs and the size of the PKG file
I'm asking i have my own disk that i want to dump and use them. I'm trying to get an understanding how the dumping works. When i dump them on the ps4 they are not already in an a pkg form where i can install them on the ps4 are they. So im asking when how do i convert them into pkg form where i could down port them

You backported the update or backport the game and install the update without backported? Is for the list i am trying to do but a few people post the game or have run suscessfully

is there a log created when 1 click backporting ? i see short a message that errors occurred but i don't find any log file and the result pkg is created. Should it not be better to not do the next steps if a error occurrs ?
getting there just testing a newer version now... using the other self tool but it throws an error for missing files and i dont know how to supress the error

first attempt i believe to be user error, i went to work while it was doing its thing,but wife works from home sometimes and she was on pc same time with multiple apps running at the same time. it installed fine and loaded to menu screen but then i got a corrupted error please derlete and redownload error.
on this go around i have been around and checking progress, so far so good, when image is done i get the usual warn error like you would in orbis creating a pkg. i like the idea of having a log file so you can see avg time and if you do walk away you would be able to troubleshoot as well. maybe you could collaborate with unknownqx to build the integrity checker aka verifier. would be a nice option so you know its a good pkg from the beginning

yeah i got banned too for some reason... i log in and then only get the header... they still posting my work though cheeky gits!
this was its original tool, was to make modded games so shrunk file size due to remove languages or adding cheats etc i dont have time to explain all this at the moment though sorry, im busy getting this backport to work, see OP for ripkit instructions
